Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but rest assured we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of our products, which are made to order based on your specifications. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission.
Damages
Industrial Tag Pros is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the USA. For international inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements.
Local Pick Up
Industrial Tag Pros is located in Tempe, AZ. If your business is local to Arizona and you would like to pick up your order rather than have it shipped, please choose the local pick up option at checkout. If you have already placed your order with shipping, please contact us immediately so we can halt shipping processing and reserve your order for pick up.Â
